In 1893, the Title Guarantee and Trust Co. moved into a new building at 69 W.
Washington. Designed by Henry Ives Cobb, the building boasted terra cotta, ornamental iron
work and seven hydraulic elevators; its spacious abstract department was lit both electrically

Washington, includes many young men and women who would serve the company for decades more.

"Official Orator of the T and T (Title and Trust). Patrick Henry had nothing on this
gentleman."
